The Golden Bears were defeated by the Dublin Coffman Shamrocks 50-48 in the 2nd round of the OHSAA sectional tournament held at the fairgrounds coliseum.  Congratulations to Coach Tim Casey and the UA Golden Bear basketball team on a 20-1 season and winners of the OCC Central  Championship.
